What is your minimum rate?
Derek’s minimum rate for bringing all the soulful, feel-good vibes to your event starts at $500/hr. This includes an unforgettable one-man-band musical experience curated just for you.
What types of music do you play?
Derek and his band love playing all different genres of music and songs, but will always play them in a style that is authentic to the musicians on stage. Please see the showcase videos for samples.
How many musicians or performers can I have at my event?
You can have anywhere from a solo performer to a full band, depending on the size of your event and your budget. We will work with you to determine the best musical lineup for your event.
Will the musicians provide their own sound equipment?
It depends on the specific arrangements for your event. In some cases, the musicians will provide their own sound equipment, while in other cases, the equipment will be provided for them. We will work with you to determine the best arrangement for your event.
Can I request specific songs or pieces to be performed?
Absolutely! Derek and his band are happy to accommodate any special musical requests you may have for your event. If you have a special request, please make sure you leave enough time for the band to work out the song if they don’t already know it.
